Cycle to 25K is a fun outdoor cycling class designed to help cyclists of all levels build endurance, strength, and confidence. Whether you`re a beginner looking to complete your first long ride or a casual rider aiming to improve performance, this course covers essential techniques on riding, climbing, and positioning. With guided rides along our beautiful Hub Trail and a progressive training plan, you`ll be ready to conquer 25K with ease!
It is strongly recommended that participants bring their bikes to a local bike shop for a safety check before the rides. A good working bike is the key to success for riding.
All participants must bring their own bicycle and helmet to each class. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and ensure you have water to stay hydrated.
